Matt went up the information desk today to ask about a Magic Tree House book. The librarian working is a favourite of ours named Nick.
Nick: Matt, how long is it taking you to read the Magic Tree House books.
Matt: About 15 minutes.
Nick: Do you think it is time to move up then?
Matt: Yes, maybe. I am a big fan of Mary Pope Osborne. What kind of books do you have that are bigger than Magic Tree House?
Nick: Oh, lots and lots. Let's go to the shelves & take a look.
They find a Mary Pope Osborne book in the fiction section. Matt says, "really I like non-fiction" Nick turns around to the non-fiction section.
Matt: I like books about technology ... I like books about people ... I like books about World War II ... I like books about the Bermuda triangle ... I like books about bridges.. oh look at this book about Egyptology. Nick are there more books in this series?
Nick, exhausted, went back to the information desk to rest.
